This policy explains how GulfBridge HR ("we", "us") handles information when you use this website or request early access.
When you submit the early-access form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, country, current HR system and any message. We do not collect special-category data through this site.
We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange a demo or onboarding, and communicate with you about GulfBridge HR. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and held in our business email and records. Providers act on our instructions and apply their own security measures.
For organisations that become customers, employee data processed by the product is handled under a separate data-processing agreement provided before onboarding. It is used solely to deliver the service to that organisation, with enterprise-grade security, and is never shared.
